Investigating - Guangzhou-Hong Kong IEPL is down. Multiple IEPLs are frequently disconnected. The upstream is solving this problem by changing the IP. Fortunately, no users are currently assigned to this line. We will soon be bringing a number of IEPL lines back online once service is stable.
